Short interview with Patric Wegmüller
Please tell me at the beginning what your function is at V-ZUG.
I am head of the ZUGORAMA in Bern and in Aarau. Responsible for the exhibitions and consultations.
Tell us something about V-ZUG.What exactly do you do?
V-ZUG is a manufacturer of high-quality kitchen appliances that bring lightness to every home. In ZUGORAMA, we advise the end customer about the possibilities of the respective devices independently of the executing specialist partner.
What challenges/problems did V-ZUG face before you started working with revolutionSCREEN?
Each of the then 10 ZUGORAMAs had its own solution. Thus also other display formats, and not centrally controllable.
How does revolutionSCREEN's offering help you solve these problems? What convinced you?
I can easily program the screens from one location, wherever I am. Be it with videos, still images, or personal messages, even independently. At a customer event, for example in Bern, I can easily create a welcome screen without interfering with other screens.
Why did you choose revolutionSCREEN instead of another vendor's solution?
The possibilities are almost unlimited and very user-friendly. In the future, our marketing department will be able to provide every ZUGORAMA with the latest images and videos in one fell swoop, without the need for a technician to be on site. And that seconds fast.
Would you recommend revolutionSCREEN to other companies and if so, why?
Definitely a YES. A company that sells and lives its product with a lot of heart and soul. They offer a super service, be it in the clarification on site, or in the subsequent execution and programming, and not to forget in the training of the software.

"The cooperation with revolutionSCREEN went smoothly. The individual ZUGORAMA's are constantly renewed and equipped with the digital signage displays to communicate easier, faster and more directly with our clientele. After installation in each store, a webinar training session was held with our staff. The training left no unanswered questions. Site opening autumn
The new location in Aarau will open in the fall. All craftsmen are working at full throttle to complete the job. We still bring light into the new Räumlickeiten with the display. Working hand-in-hand with VZUG IT and the store architects, we install the display on schedule and hand it over to the marketing department for content management.
